Sheikh Mohammed H. Al-Amoudi in support of the multi development activities of the Gurage People pledged a total amount of Birr 26 million at the Gurage Cultural and Development Telethon organized by the Gurage Cultural and Development Association at the Millennium Hall on January 10, 2010.
Ato Teklu Haile, Manager of Treasury, Finance and Accounting Department of MIDROC Ethiopia handed over the check for Birr 26 million to Engineer Fikrie Hagian, Chairperson of the Gurage People Development Board, on January 25, 2010 at the ceremony organized at the Sheraton Addis in the presence of Ato Haile Asegidie, Director General of MIDROC Derba Cement Plc. and members of the Gurage Development Board.
