Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi is an Ethiopian/Saudi billionaire born in 1946 at Dessie, Ethiopia. As of 2011, he is worth 12.3 billion. He is the second richest African and second richest black person in the world. Ali Al Amoudi owns Corral Petroleum Holdings and MIDROC (Mohammed International Development Research and Organization Companies). With the latter conglomerates, he owns businesses in oil refining, construction, hotel, agriculture, mining, and others. His businesses mainly operate in Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Sweden. He is the largest investor in Ethiopia and has built a business empire. He is the largest foreign investor in Sweden.
